Refund Policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at turnerdesigns2024@gmail.com to initiate a return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions to our return policy include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
