We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something’s not right, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

•       Must include tags and original packaging
•       Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

•       Custom or personalized items
•       Gift cards or final sale items
•       Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@westerncreationsusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label.

📌 Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
